Certified Microplastic-Free seal

Verify a Certificate

Confirm that a certificate number was issued by Certified Microplastic-Free™ and check its current status.

Certificate lookup

Certificate numbers appear on the certificate document and alongside the seal in certified product listings.

What certification covers: Certification is a documentation-based review of a product’s exposed-surface materials against CMF Standard v1.0. It is not a laboratory test of the finished product and is not a guarantee that no microplastic particles will ever be present in or around it. See Methods Transparency for what we review and what we do not.

About verification

Every certified product family receives a unique certificate number when certification is granted. If a product displays the Certified Microplastic-Free™ seal but its certificate number cannot be verified here, or no number is provided, please report it to info@microfree.org.

Certification status can change. A certificate shown as expired or revoked means the product is no longer authorized to display the seal.
