5. Agreement — Sign the licensing terms for seal use, including scope and renewal dates.
6. Monitoring — Annual renewal and change notifications if materials or suppliers change.

Timelines and fees

Typical review time is 2 to 4 weeks once documentation is complete. Fees are scaled by company size and product complexity and kept as low as possible to encourage participation.
